Clear boundaries before you buy.
Licence
The early founder licence lets one buyer use Toolbound Stack for one owned product. You may modify the repo, deploy your own product, and keep the resulting application. You may not resell the unmodified repo, publish it as another starter kit, or share the source download as a template product.
Refunds
Toolbound Stack is a digital product delivered after payment. Refunds are available within 14 days only if the download link has not been used and the codebase has not been used for a product, client project, or derivative template.
Support
Support covers download access, reproducible bugs in the shipped starter kit, and documentation corrections for the maintained setup path. It does not include custom feature work, managed hosting, deployment debugging, emergency support, or operating the product you build.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers own their infrastructure, API keys, customer data, payment account, tax obligations, legal compliance, email deliverability, and deployment choices.
